Reverse Discrimination

What is it

.. Reverse Discrimination .. are two words that few people use in their vocabulary because they just seem so awkward.  Awkward is defined as causing difficulty; hard to do or deal with. Hum that sounds exactly like what reverse discrimination is because it does cause difficulty and it is hard to deal with. What is reverse discrimination, this thing that is difficult to deal with ?  Well, reverse discrimination per the American Heritage Dictionary and Webster Dictionary is defined as ..

  • “(in the context of the allocation of resources or employment) the practice or policy of favoring individuals belonging to groups known to have been discriminated against previously. Reverse discrimination is discrimination against members of a dominant or majority group in favor of members of a minority or historically disadvantaged group. Groups may be defined in terms of race, gender, ethnicity, or other factors.”

In plain English folks, in 2015 the type of Reverse Discrimination we are having is when people want all to be OR MAJORITY OF actually already are african americans .. or african americans get special treatment because of President Obama being African American.  Wow talk about an awkward topic, eeks it’s so scary that people tend to ignore the topic of Reverse Discrimination because of the topic being misinterpreted  and might label the person a racist.

 

Consequences of

.. Consequences Of Reverse Discrimination .. The consequences of reverse discrimination are many that range from the quite person walking away from a reverse discrimination situation and then retaliating on an easy African American target.  The consequences of reverse discrimination can go all the way up to folks encouraging discrimination in other situations against African Americans.  We have all heard the saying that “too much of one thing is not good” and I believe that.  Furthermore, the proven facts will show that too much of one thing is not good !  Just look at the quality of work produced in a workplace where Reverse Discrimination exist AND accept that  the work is below the 80 % quality level accepted …. which indicates that if it is your company then you are in danger of bankruptcy and if you are a vendor then you are in jeopardy of being pulled as a vendor because no company wants to have a vendor that is not producing quality work and ruining the reputation of their established company.

 

The cure

We have discussed what reverse discrimination is. We have discussed the consequences of reverse discrimination, Now Let Us Discuss what is the cure for reverse discrimination. One way to start to cure Reverse Discrimination is to

  1.   Acknowledge
  2.   Accept it exist and
  3.   Decide not here buddy

It’s easy to overlook the growing numbers of one nationality.  However keeping both feet planted on the ground and keeping track of the numbers will help overlook unwilling and unknowing contributions to Reverse Discrimination. No One Wants to be discriminated against and our country has worked very hard to ensure that discrimination does not exist. Therefore  I ask you,  why are we moving backward and creating Reverse Discrimination situations ?
